CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ON A SATURDAY?
Anything is possible however by default, orders are delivered on workdays.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
In compliance with individual state tax regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your purchase if your shipping address is in the State of Nebraska.
DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
At this time, we accept paypal, credit card, Cheque, or direct bank transfer.
HOW CAN I PLACE A TELEPHONE ORDER?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Typically, orders placed Monday thru Thursday prior to 1pm PST, will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday, may not ship until Tuesday.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
In order to check status of your purchase, simply, log into your account and visit the order history section within your account. Once you place an order you will receive a order confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include your package(s) tracking number.
*Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for your tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.
